Temporary Office Assistant at LA Personal Injury Law Firm - Los Angeles, CA

Liberman Law Group, P.C., a personal injury law firm in West Los Angeles, is hiring a temporary office assistant from June 15 through August 1, 2026 to cover for a staff member on leave. This is a full-time, in-office, W-2 position at $22 per hour.
Responsibilities include:

Greeting clients and visitors
Answering and routing phone calls
Sorting incoming mail and scanning documents
Light administrative support
Filing and organizing
Supporting the managing attorney and case manager with day-to-day tasks

The role is a good fit for someone reliable, organized, and professional who can hit the ground running. No prior legal experience required. Office or administrative experience is preferred. Training will be provided on our systems.
