What You’ll Do

The Device Solutions America Semiconductor Advisory Group is a high-profile team responsible for leading strategic initiatives for Samsung’s global semiconductor business.  The team is seeking an Executive Assistant with the  execution of key deliverables that impact the business.

Location: Hybrid, working onsite at our San Jose, CA headquarters 3 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time the remainder of your time.

• Provides administrative support to executive and team.
• Responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations.
• Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature.
• Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals.
• Makes high-level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company.
• Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
• Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Types memos, letters, e-mails, faxes, and creates expense reports.
• Ensures that all invoices and expenses are submitted on time..
• Makes travel arrangements and coordinates meetings and answers phones upon request.

What You Bring

• BS with 3+ years of experience working with senior level executives within and outside the company, customers, vendors, visitors, and other dignitaries or MS with 1+ years of experience preferred.
• Basic requirements is good communication and MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) skills. 
• Korean language fluency required.
