• Answer incoming calls on multiple lines and reply to emails.
• Be able to multitask and work at a fast pace.
• Be able to communicate effectively with the customers and the plumbers
• Dispatch the plumbers to their corresponding jobs.
• Must be fluent in English

Office work Hours are M-F 8am - 5pm.
Possible Saturday if needed
