Beautiful house located in the heart of Indio, only 5 minutes away from highway 111 where all the major retail stores are. The home comes with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeps up to 6 adults and 4 children. Spacious backyard with greenery to keep you cool and classic style pool which is acquired with salt water. We provide a gas powered grill and charcoal grill for bbq and all the amenities you need inside our kitchen. The front yard driveway has parking for up to 4 cars and street parking is available. Indio is strict on noise complaints and we like to be respectful to our neighbors, so please no loud music after 10pm.
